experience and more focus on listening and achieving their
goals than any other Realtor. I utilize my HomeTeam to provide additional
service not normally found in the Real Estate industry.
I also make a written money back guarantee to my clients: if they’re
not pleased with my services, they may cancel any Listing or Buying
contracts and find another Realtor who can serve them better. I don’t
believe in locking clients to long term contracts - I earn their
partnership. Although this is an unusual way to run a business, I believe
that it’s the only way. If my clients can find someone who can
obtain a better, smoother result, they need to work with them! It’s that

E ducation
Keeping up with the rapidly changing trends in the Real Estate industry is
critical to a successful client outcome. Real estate designations achieved
include:
ABR (Accredited Buyer
Representative) - The most advanced Buyer designation awarded by the
National Association of Realtors. This designation has been earned by
fewer than 2% of all Realtors nationwide.
- CRS (Certified
Residential Specialist) - An advanced Real Estate designation
dealing with client service and listing, selling and negotiating Real
Estate transactions. Fewer than 3% of all Realtors nationally have
been awarded this designation.
- GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) - A comprehensive Real
Estate designation covering many facets of the Real Estate
transaction. This designation is earned by fewer than 40% of all
Realtors.
C ollege Education:
- Bachelor of Arts degree, Psychology
- Bachelor of Arts degree, Sociology
P rofessional Associations
- Member, National Association of Realtors
- Member, Colorado Association of Realtors
- Member, Aurora Association of Realtors

P ersonal Performance
Committment to my client’s success is paramount - after all, it’s their
money and their future. Although any Real Estate agent can make
claims, actual performance numbers tell the accurate story.
In 1998, the average home seller in the Denver Metro area received
96.5% of their asking price and took 50 days to get it. My clients
received 2.1% more (98.6%) and received it 20 days quicker
(average 30 days on market). This equated to over $4,200.00 more
than the average home seller using another Real Estate agent. These
results were not luck but the result of the strategies, systems and
marketing that we (my HomeTeam and I) utilize.
Each year I sell over eight times the number of homes of the
average Real Estate agent in the Denver Metro area. Again, this is not
luck but the result of specific systems and strategies. My goal is not
to be the biggest but to be the absolute best advocate for my clients.
